Buyer: natural person or commercial company, as well as any other legal person who makes an order to purchase the products made available through the site managed by the Seller and who obtains access to the content of the site, through any means of communication at your service, by www.linkeltech.com or based on an existing user agreement between www.linkeltech.com and it, agreement concluded following the registration of an account on the domain belonging to LINKEL Technology SP.

Child Protection: Children under the age of 16 cannot order from our site, but can ask a parent/guardian to do so for them. All persons who use the www.likeltech.com platform. By  declare on their own responsibility that they are at least 16 years old.

Personal data management: Customers can purchase products without any kind of previous registration to the site. We require all our customers to provide valid personal and shipping information in order for us to fulfill every incoming order. We only use these information to carry out orders successfully. For a The datas are recorded on bills that we must hold on for 5 years, before discarding.

Orders: The order is an electronic document with the role of means of communication between the Seller and the Buyer through which the Buyer sends the Seller the offer to contract transaction through which the Buyer will obtain goods and services from the Seller.

The User can only order from the Site items made available by the Seller. Products brought to special order or customized products to which changes are made according to certain specifications made available by the buyer, CANNOT be returned. Placing an order by a buyer on www.linkeltech.com website does not constitute an obligation for the Seller until the issuance of a tax invoice! Placing an order on www.linkeltech.com website is only a request for an offer and does not present an obligation to deliver the products, in the absence of a tax invoice/existing payment in advance, or until the order is confirmed by our operator! After placing an order (request for offer) you will be via e-mail as soon as possible (usually within 12 hours) by an operator to confirm that the products are in stock and can be delivered.

The Seller can change the number of available products and the quantity of each product at any time. When there are changes in the price or stock of a product, they are updated by the Seller at an optimal time interval. Information that will be reminded or presented to the Buyer in the order confirmation email sent by the Seller.

 

Transport: All items are manufactured and shipped from Budapest, Hungary (EU). Confirmed and paid orders are usually sent out within 3 business days. Products ordered from www.linkeltech.com website will be shipped via either priority mail or courier service. Orders above 150 USD are eligible for our "Free shipping" service.

With "Standard shipping" method we send our products as priority mail, which has an ungaranteed delivery time of 5-10 business days worldwide. The delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination, and the current workload of the Seller. The Seller will inform the Buyer about the estimated delivery time of the items.

The items are sent uninsured, but safely-packed. If you require insurance or faster delivery time, we can provide courier service which has an additional fee of 45 USD ("Express delivery). Orders below 150 USD will have an additional shipping fee depending on the destination (the amount would be typically below 30 USD). In this case the transport payment is applied separately from the cost of the product/products, but paid together at the bill. Orders outside of EU will be subjected to customs clearance which can delay delivery, and may bring additional fees. The Seller must be notified by the Buyer about any special requirement regarding the delivery of items as soon as possible. These changes may affect the final delivery time. 

For products that are not in stock or if the buyer wants certain personalized changes, the delivery time will be mutually agreed upon at the time, depending on the distributor or the complexity of the requested personalized changes.

Communication between the Seller and the Buyer will be done by e-mail or telephone, these data being provided freely with the consent of the Buyer, in order to honor the commercial contract.

The buyer is obliged to provide all the information requested in the mandatory fields for the smooth execution of the sales-purchase contract (This processing is based on art. 6 paragraph 1 sentence b ) GDPR. The Seller is not responsible for incorrect or non-existing shipping addresses!

Placing an order/Quotation requests: The buyer will have to choose the product(s) and enter the data required by the form generated by the site. Tick ​​that he has read and agrees to the Site Terms and Conditions, Site Privacy Policy and declares on his own responsibility that he is at least 16 years old.
The Seller will take over the order/request for offer and will contact you within 24 hours for confirmation: product availability, if the price from the offer request is maintained, and the estimated delivery time.

Goods and Services: Products of any economic value or form of work, including the documents and services mentioned in the Order, provided by the Seller to the Buyer as a result of the concluded Contract .

The photos of the presented products are informative , they may differ from the product sold and they may present accessories that are not included in the standard package of the product. All photos shown may not be updated to the current appearance of the products. The technical specifications and features described on the product page are for information purposes, may be modified without prior notice and do not constitute contractual obligations.

Special Offers/Promotions: The action by which, for commercial purposes, the Seller makes available a limited number of Goods and/or Services with predefined stock, in limited periods of time, stability in advance by the Seller.

If the price or other details regarding the products/promotions were displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and to notify the customer as soon as possible about the error. Product prices on this website are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Promotions and special offers are valid during the mentioned period, and if the time is not specified, they are valid within the limit of available stock.

If the stock is out of stock, alternatives will be offered by presenting other products similar in appearance and technical specifications to the out-of-stock product.

Distance contract: Any contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer within an organized system of distance selling or provision of services, without the simultaneous physical presence of the professional and the consumer, with the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication, until at and including the conclusion of the contract.

The conclusion of the contract takes place when the fiscal invoice is issued! The contract is not considered concluded at the moment of placing the order/request for offer on the website or after receiving by email the automatic confirmation of receipt of this order.
No package can be shipped before the Seller's sales representative doesn't confirm the order by e-mail!

The price and payment methods: The amount of money paid by the Buyer in exchange for which the Seller transfers the ownership of a good or provides a service for the benefit of the buyer and communicated to him through the Site, at the time of placing the order. The prices of the Goods made available by the Seller are expressed in USD.

Payments can be fulfilled by either paying directly through Stripe (MasterCard, Visa, American Express etc.), PayPal or with direct bank transfer. In case of direct transfer an invoice with a payment link will be sent from the Seller to the Buyer via e-mail.The price, payment method and payment term are established by mutual agreement for each individual order. The Seller will issue the Buyer a receipt for the Goods and Services delivered, the Buyer's obligation being to provide all the information necessary to issue the bill of purchase according to the tax legislation in force. The receipt will be sent via e-mail and also will be included in printed format in the package. 

By sending the Order, the Buyer expresses his consent for the Seller to draw up the invoice according to the data he has on the date of placing the order and to send it in printed or electronic format, to the delivery address or to the e-mail address mentioned in the 

Validation of the order by the Seller is done only if:

• The Buyer's data is complete and correct

• The products ordered by the Buyer are available (or can be brought to order) or the requested personalized changes can be made

• There are no errors in the system that could generate wrong prices (for example: zero price or ridiculously low price)

Green Tax/Environmental Tax: The green stamp tax is the amount of money paid by manufacturers to cover the costs of collecting, reusing and recycling electronic equipment. According to the law, all products include the green environmental tax in their price. Compliance: All Products sold by www.linkeltech.com comply with the laws in force and correspond to the norms and standards according to which they were created.

LINKEL Technology SP undertakes to use customer data exclusively for the purpose for which it was entered (making online orders and commercial information about the products sold in our online store). We are committed not to pass on personal data to third parties and to respect data confidentiality.

LINKEL Technology SP does not encourage SPAM, we do not exchange email addresses obtained through this site, we do not disclose your email address to others, we do not provide your address/phone number or other data to third parties.

LINKEL Technology SP does not assume responsibility for the loss of information due to errors or possible security problems of the server that hosts our website, or the actions of third parties.

Providing the following data is necessary to be able to conclude a commercial contract with you and to carry out the Order/Return/guarantee flow: Full name, delivery address, telephone number, email address, company name (for legal entities), legal name form, billing address, telephone number, tax code (in the case of EU customers: registration number for VAT purposes), confirmation on your own responsibility that you are at least 16 years old.

The storage and transfer of your personal data to public authorities for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation is legally based on art. 6 para. 1 thesis 1 lit. c) GDPR.

It can be left unanswered for simply browsing, but Buyers must accept our cookie policy before making a purchase (along with our Terms & Conditions section)

Protection of children: All persons who use, access or order from the website www.linkeltech.com, declare on their own responsibility that they are at least 16 years old. Children cannot order from our website, but they can ask a parent/guardian to help them do it for them.

Contractual responsibility: Non-compliance with the obligations assumed by the Seller after placing the order, as well as non-compliance with the rights of the Buyer born after the delivery of the Products, attracts the responsibility of the Seller under the law.

Product warranty: All Products sold by www.linkeltech.com benefit from warranty conditions in accordance with the legislation in force and the commercial policies of the manufacturers. All products purchased on our website will be accompanied by a warranty certificate. The warranty period starts from the date of shipping by the Seller. We offer a general warranty of 12 months. The buyer is guaranteed that in case of failure under normal conditions of use, during the warranty period, the product will be repaired free of charge or replaced, as the case may be.

LINKEL Technology SP is exempt from the obligation to grant a guarantee if it is found that the products in question have been improperly handled or stored, used for purposes other than those for which they were manufactured, have undergone immersion in liquids or mechanical, thermal or shocks of any kind or have come into contact with substances whose use is not recommended.

All products bought in our store are new and come with a  stamped warranty certificate, as well as instructions for use and technical documentation. LINKEL Technology SP guarantees the authenticity and originality of the products sold and does not encourage the sale of counterfeit products. 

When the buyer finds inconsistencies in the operation of the product/service provided, please contact us through one of the means of communication available in the warranty certificate. The time to fix the detected problems is according to the legislation in force at the time of reporting the problem.

Modification of terms and conditions: Due to possible changes in legislation, a modification of these Terms and Conditions may become necessary. In this case, we will inform you about such changes. To the extent that the changes affect processing that is based on your consent, we will ask you for a new consent, if necessary.

The photos of the products on the website are entirely the property of the company LINKEL Technology SP. It is prohibited under any circumstances and without exception to use them for any purpose, without obtaining the explicit written consent of the company that owns the copyright. Any copyright infringement, depending on the nature and extent of the damage created, will be resolved by the competent authorities and the courts.

No part of the text on www.linkeltech.com can be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of LINKEL Technology SP.

Products may contain proprietary software. Partial or total reproduction from LINKEL Technology SP or distribution, modification, decompiling, disassembly, decryption, extraction, reverse engineering, rental, assignment or sublicense of said software, unless such restrictions are prohibited by applicable laws or such actions are approved by the respective copyright holders.

The content of the website www.linkeltech.com is governed by Law no. 8/1996 and international copyright law.

 

6. Field of use

The user of these devices is directly responsible for the purpose for which he will use the product. It is the responsibility of each user to comply with the laws in force in each country and to avoid using the product for illegal purposes.

The product does not fall under a special equipment regime (military equipment, special telecommunications equipment or other equipment that could endanger national or individual security). Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and will be responsible for obtaining all governmental permits and licenses as required.

The Buyer agrees to use the products only for legal purposes and has the following obligations:

1- Will not modify, copy, transmit, publish, reproduce, create derivative products, transfer or sell any information or services obtained from or through our products;

2- Will not carry out or allow the activity of cracking, hacking or fraud.

Copying for exams: We know of course that some of the buyers use these devices to copy for exams. Keep in mind  that it is the duty of each user to use the purchased product according to the legislation in force in each country and to obtain any specific authorizations for use if required. LINKEL Technology SP does not encourage these kind of illegal or unethical uses, and cannot be held responsible for the use of products purchased by the Buyer.

LINKEL Technology SP does not recommend the use of these devices to copy in exams, it is strictly the choice, and responsibility of the end user! Thus, the Buyer must assume both success and failure (products cannot be returned if a failed exam occurs) but also the possible repercussions that it implies if the user get caught using our product for any illegal or unethical reason.

 

7. Exercising the right of withdrawal - Reimbursement

According to the laws in force, you have the right to return the products ordered online without indicating a specific reason within 14 days of picking up the package.

Small headphones that fit completely in the ear , for reasons of hygiene, fall into the special category of products that cannot be returned.

Note that, for the most part, the products on the www.linkeltech.com website are brought and made to special order , and some of them are also customized according to the buyer's specifications. These types of products cannot be returned for a refund. 

 

By placing an order and making payment, the Buyer declares under his own responsibility the following:

• the Buyer is over 16 years old,

• the Buyer fully read the Terms & Conditions section which contains our warranty, refund, personal data and cookie use policies,

• that he fully and without exception understood all these policies/terms/conditions,

• that he agrees, with absolutely no exceptions, to all these policies/terms/conditions.
